The ranch can support 60-65 pairs of cattle year round.

There are also 2 small fenced sorting areas, a full set of iron and wire corrals and 2 long cattle sheds. All are close to the buildings.

There are two ponds, a large lake, and draws to provide water for the cattle.
600 acres of school property adjoin the ranch to the north and could be leased to increase the amount of land for cattle. The property is completely fences around the border and has cross fences to create 4 pasture areas.

Management for the cattle operation is also available if someone is interested in owning their own cattle ranch as an investment in western living, but does not plan on staying there year-round!
